If you’re using Apple Arcade and you’ve decided you don’t want to continue with the service, it’s easy to cancel. It’s similar to removing another subscription-based service from the App Store, and you don’t need to worry about any extra fees.
To cancel Apple Arcade, open up the Settings application on your iOS device. Then tap Subscriptions. You’ll see a list of active subscriptions.

If you’ve been enjoying the games on Apple Arcade but have decided you don’t want to pay for them, you can cancel the service without losing access. However, you should be aware that you will lose any progress you have made on any games you have downloaded.
Apple Arcade is a gaming subscription service that allows you to play more than 200 games for $4.99 a month without ads or in-app purchases. It’s available on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV.
The service has more than 100 games from major and indie developers like Square Enix, Bandai Namco, Ubisoft and Capcom. More are expected to join the lineup in the future.
You can cancel an Apple Arcade subscription on any of your Apple devices, including the App Store and Settings app on the Apple TV. Just make sure you’re logged into the Apple ID associated with the subscription.
iPad
If you’ve been enjoying Apple Arcade, but have come to the conclusion that you don’t want to keep paying a monthly subscription, you can easily cancel your account. It’s quick and simple, and you can do it from an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or even your Apple TV.
In addition, if you’ve been signed up for a free trial of an App Store app or service that you aren’t using, you can easily cancel it on your iPad. Just open the Settings app, tap on your profile picture and name at the top of the screen, and then choose Subscriptions to see all active and expired subscriptions.
Select the active subscription you wish to cancel, and then tap Cancel Subscription toward the bottom. You’ll then be prompted to confirm the cancellation from a pop-up window.
iPhone
Apple Arcade is a video game subscription service that lets you play games across iPhones, iPads, Macs and Apple TV devices without any ads or microtransactions. The service has more than 100 games currently available and new ones are added each week.
Apple offers a free one-month trial to new users, but you can cancel that if you want to stop using the service. That’s similar to how you can stop a free trial for most subscription services.
If you’re an iPhone user, you can cancel Apple Arcade by opening the App Store on your device and tapping Subscriptions. On an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you can also find the same option in the Settings app on your device.
Mac
If you are a Mac user, it’s easy to cancel your Apple Arcade subscription. You can do this from the App Store on your Mac, and even from your Apple TV.
The process is a lot like removing a subscription from another Apple service, such as Music or Apple TV. First, open the Settings app and tap on your name at the top of the screen.
From there, choose Users and Accounts. You’ll be prompted to authenticate your Apple ID and password.
You’ll then see a list of your active subscriptions. You can then select the Apple Arcade subscription and click Manage.
When you do this, your subscription will automatically end at the end of its current billing cycle. However, you can still continue using Apple Arcade until that time.
